how do i create my own club :( plz help!!!!

i want to mak a group and i want it kinda to be a hotline, where i can help people ansd we can get tother and help each other out

thanks! Its called 'helpline' and it has no pic nad its motto or water is somthing like 'we can help yall' or somthing like tat :)
