Let's just say, almost everyone who isn't a main entity in something and doesn't appear that often and/or doesn't die dramatically. Also, the characters who are hated for really no reason at all, like Elizabeth in Black Butler (proving the insane Ciel fangirls are truly insane since... when did Kuroahitsuji first get published again, *no offense ^.^"*), not to mention Belarus in Hetalia (I honestly think she has one of the most amusing characters in that show. Her total nutso stalkerness is fairly hilarious, but of course, the insane fangirls... they sometimes are blind to their own tendencies XD) and Black*Star in Soul Eater (He doesn't have a very large fanbase, but he's also a hilarious character who is amusing to watch in the show. I admit to having a panic attack at the end of episode 46 when Mifune nearly killed him [I'm stumped as to how he survived o.o"]. Then again, that's me being the overreactor I am XD).
