Am I too old to start ballet?

I'm 12, I'm 57 inches tall, and I'm 104-109 pounds. Am I too old to start ballet? Do I fit the requirements to do ballet?

Yeah, I don't think that a preteen who wants to start ballet at a later age range than typical beginners is much of a bid deal. :-/
