You guys think you can help me?

My bff.(Gabriella; the owner of this account is so mean. When I first met her she pulled my hair to get my attention every single day. Shes been driving me nuts for months. What should I do, I told her to stop and she won't listen.

When I first met her she was kinda nice. Then when shes alone and I'm hanging with my friend she keep calling my name i didnt respond 3 times and then she pulled my long and curly hair.
