Last sunday I ordered two movies from buyanimemovie.com. I've been tracking my order everyday and it always says that my order is processing. I tried asking about this at their email a few days ago but they never messaged me back.

Is it normal for orders to be processed for this long? Is there another way to cancel an order without emailing the people who run the site?
