whodunit?

my dad has a droid and i play draw something all the time on it, but i noticed that someone has been downloading new apps onto my dad's phone like fruit ninja, bottle shoot, draw something (non-free version), instagram, etc. my dad thinks it's either me or my 16 year old sis, and it's NOT me. my sis says it's not her, either. how do i prove this to my dad?
