do you ever wonder why?

if we hate suffering so much then why do we cause it?

if we hate pain so much then where's the love?

if we hate being isolated then why do we discriminate people?

why is it that people who used to be our best friends turn into worst enemies or decide not to love us anymore? or decide not to be there for us? is it that the love just drained out from them or something?

most people i talk to want a peaceful world and they want to help people and be nice to people and stuff.....so then why is the world the opposite of what most of us want it to be?

what's causing things to go wrong?

i think one of the major problems is misunderstanding, i mean, people are so lonely and there are so many people around to be friends with i think if more people understood each other better everyone wil have a friend, i mean, sometimes the way is seems is not always so XD

I enjoy suffering to an extent, and I enjoy causing it.

I enjoy pain as well, and there can be pain and love.

I love being being Isolated, and we discriminate to make ourselves feel empowered.

Nothing last forever, things die out, it's just the way it is. You can't just decide to stop loving someone it fades. You can decide not to be there for someone, but sometimes, and very rarely it's the right thing to do.
Love is complicated, true love lasts as long as the person is alive, love can fade and grown as much as it wants, not as much as you want, you can't control it.

Because it's nearly impossible to change the mind of 6+ billion people, we can't talk to all of them and change everyone's perspective, it's just not possible.

It's a dog eat dog world, you have to fight to be on top, humans crave power and dominance.

Society as a whole corrupts people into being this unachievable "ideal" person, we strive for that, thinking it will improve society, even though it makes it worse, people stop being who they actually are, the thinkers are alienated for thinking outside the box, same goes with the artist of all types. So they try and fit in and lose themselves to society, and then we can't come up with new techniques, therefore we're stuck at the same level and it limits societies evolution.

Sorry this was rant-y e_e'

lol i guess all our emotions are there for a reason, and they are good for what they're made for, but suffering to the extent of suicide or things like rape murder or war, i know there's people at the bottom and humans do strive for dominance but, that doesn't mean that people at the bottom have to be suffering or sad or in pain, it just makes me upset to think about all of the suffering :( you are right about most everything, and we can't change 6 billion people overnight, but the change can be slow and gradual, i mean look at all the people who got alienated for thinking out of the box, all of the scientists that got killed and isolated because science wasn't popular and look at how things r now, maybe the world will change for the better someday?

i know not all people at the bottom are suffering but some are and it shouldn't be like that, i want to take action and i probably will, i know scientists were killed because of thier opinion, that's what i mean, i know people are alienated now because of out of the box ideas but if enough people stand up for each other things can chenge, people just didn't start agreeing with science overnight either, in the same way i don't believe we can change the world, i actually don't but i believe the world can change gradually, like evolution....i don't think we need common grounds so much as we need love, because love is a universal emotion and it's already a common ground right? i mean even if your friend was a different religion from you or they believed something else you wouldn't kill them! :O or hurt thier feelings and there needs tobe understanding too

You make it sound as if it is all intentional.

Accidents do happen. People do not have complete control over their emotions. People do not always think before they act.

You want peace, yet to achieve peace you need forgiveness, and in this question you are doing nothing but blaming.

thx for your answer tho you're right...i guess selfishness can come from immediate lusts or wants that even thought you know might hurt somebody's emotions you still need to do because you lack self control, but still the fact that we are like that means we probably weren't braught up well enough

Think about it for a second.
How boring would life be without conflict? Negative emotions cannot exist without the presence of positive emotions. That's the way it is. It is a balance. It will always be that way, because eventually we just get sick of being nice, and thus the hate begins....

I am right. Light cannot exist without darkness to contrast it. Sorry, but that's the truth, my friend.
