What are your views on religion?

I'm Athiest and I despise religion very much by what people tell you saying you'll go to hell for not believing in God and it get's annoying fast, especially seeing posts about Jesus or God on my News Feed on Facebook get's on my nerves .-_-
Other's should think before becoming Christian or whatever because from what they tell you in church half the time is bullshit anyway and you'll become brainwashed into believing dumb shit.
I hate the picky Christians that think there cool for telling people off and the one's protesting wanting gay marriage to be equal.
The world is a cruel and horrible place and those people should kill themselves.

I just care about my religion I don't care about others belief if I don't say good then neither I say bad. I just pray to Allah that he show the right path to everyone. The path of honesty,peace and unity.

Whether there's a God or not I have no idea. I don't know everything about the universe and I never will. There's so much out there waiting to be discovered. That we'll never know. So, I truly believe that anything is possible. God may or may not be a real thing. But if there is a higher being then, I think it's going to be something extremely different from what we have ever thought of.
But I still do love learning about religion. Even though I don't follow any of them. I find it fascinating to learn about other cultures and ways of life ^ ^ Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, ect. They're very interesting. And I have full respect over everyone's religious beliefs. ^ ^

Religion is made by people but i believe in god I think Christian is way too far.

I believe religion is a beautiful thing that people should have the right to follow or not. I believe that religious people can be some of the most kind, helpful, caring people in the world (although, of course, some religious believers are not, and lots of non religious believers are kind, helpful and caring.)
I personally am agnostic, because I don't know what is out there and I don't believe I ever will. I'm just trying to be the best that I can be with what I have.
I also have a lot of respect for religious believers for having such a strong faith in something that is not physically there or visible to everyone else.
Obviously, I hate those who use their religion as a reason to be violent and harmful against others, whatever religion they belong to.

I don't consider myself to be a part of any particular religion.

I follow my own moral code and life experiences for the most part, with some ideas rooted in wicca and Paganism, but I don't really claim to know of the existence of any deity or divine power.

I have a lot of different ideas on the subject, but I don't claim that any of them are right or wrong.

Despite this, however, I find the concept of faith and religion infinitely interesting and enjoy learning about it.
It's both a wonderful and a dangerous thing, and it can be so many different things to so many different people. You can learn so many different things, and it's different to every individual.

It's just so... human.

Every religion is both a destroyer and a saviour, and that is beautiful in its own right. I just with that people didn't see it as a divider as so many seem to.

Personally, I'm not very religious myself.
I mean, I pray but I don't go to church that often. I believe God is everywhere, so I don't really see the point in going to church. We have a piece of him in all of us and he's always with us. I don't know..

I find other religions very interesting though. Which is awesome. And I respect them too, because everyone is entitled to their beliefs.

I personally think religion is completely pointless. I think everyone should be athnostic pretty much because really we don't know if there is a God or not. You'd have to die and go to Heaven to find out if God really does exist or not. Or if there even is a Heaven or not as well as goes if Hell exist or not. Like how any of these religious people know about God or not? Did they ever meet God in person and find out if he does exist or not? There are a lot of events in history that make us question God's existence. Why would God allow and event where so many soldiers took shelter in depressing trenches with rats and trench foot? Why would God allow an event where a terrorist crashes a plane into the twin towers causing no survivors? And what kind of God would intend a day where six adults and twenty young children get massacred and have them die long before their times were suppose to come LEAVING THEM WITH FUNNERALS INSTEAD OF A DAMN CHRISTMAS!!!!??? Also what makes us question what happens to use after we die is another example about religion being pointless. Like what do you guys think you can remember before you were born? For all we know, our entire generation could've came from a completely different generation hundreds of years ago with completely different lives than the lives we have now. But you just never know. But this is just my view on religion. Thanks for asking this question.

Religion is something made up in order to explain certain things.
I personally believe that just because science can't explain it right now, doesn't mean it won't be able to explain it in the future.
I've nothing against people who choose to believe. I just can't stand religious people who don't question shit at all.

i personally am religious i honestly think i have experiences in my life that count as PROOF of a higher being of some sort
and let me just say one thing my main thing if u think there is no god because "why would he let ppl die and suffer" and "but there's proof in science that goes against religious stuff" u know literally nothing about any major religion nor their deities u are so uneducated on the subject that why are you even attempting to discuss it

But. I have a religion, and I think it's beautiful. To me, my religion is my way of life and what defines me. It's given me a sense of security and purpose, that's why I accept it whole-heartedly. <3

I am a Catholic, but I do not consider myself to be very religious. I mean, I do pray, but I don't go to church very often. And I consider people who are very religious to be nice, generous people.

Religion is like dick. It's totally okay to have one, love one, and cherish it wholeheartedly. But PLEASE do not shove it down my throat.

i believe in good and evil , i also believe that there is a place you go to after you die , im not really specific about where that place is or what happens in that place but i know that its there .


i believe in god , not necessarily jesus christ but , i am a raised and born catholic .

but just because your mom and dad were a certin religion does not mean you MUST or HAVE to be the same one , you can choose whatever religion you want , you just have to really believe in it .

i believe in the virgin mary , and i believe in spirits , but i do not believe in ghost , ghost and spirits are not really the same thing .

i believe in that gay marriage is okay , it does not effect me in any way , these people that are getting married obviously might not believe in the same religion i do , so it varys from religion , and really its no bodys buisness who gets married or not , the goverments just getting nosy ,


and if you think about it , if its so wrong to be married to the same sex , then why did god even allow it if its SO wrong , why didnt he just stop that person in the first place , yeah i get it , its your religion if you dont believe in it thats cool , blah blah , but are you really gonna make thousands of people suffer for something that has nothing to do with you personally as a person , dont you want them yo be happy .

and i believe that any one can believe in any thing they want , i mean , to me it may ( not ) seem silly that someone is jewish , but to them it may seem as equaily stupid that i believe in something diffrent , people judge people too easily based on religion , and some people are atheist , which i totally respect , it varys from person to person .

and i totally agree that you have to respect certin peoples religion , but when it interferes with your own , and it criticizes it , you have to be loyal to your own beliefs first .
