Where can I get it? Is it downloadable or do I have to purchase other things along with it?

well sketchbook express came with my bamboo so that might cost something but try SAI as a replacementt i heard its reallt good espically if you knkw how to use it :3 also thank for likeing my art even though there are so many mistakes xD
