Well, that's not exactly how I view them...I was thinking more like Spiderwick-type Faeries...goblins and spriggans. Asrai. They're not always good-hearted, and not always tiny either. Nor are they always beautiful.

Fairies/Faeries exists in Keo world. They're called Usilius, or human dreamers. Its also the word for humans, since they're related to humans.
They usually look like humans with stems coming out their heads. They can also take a Mew-ish type of look as well, like this quick MS Paint picture I just drew right now lol link
