Hey Guys! Need your help..

so, my friend adores cats (especially the fat ones)
and I really don't know what to get him on his birthday, now I know most of you will say a cat, but his Mum doesn't let him keep a cat at home
and I'd really appreciate it if it was a handmade gift

first you take the pop-tart and attach the slices of paper to the back of it to make it look like a rainbow from both sides (attach rainbow colored sliced paper to both sides with tape), then you grab the stick and tape it to one side of your pop-tart. then tape the head cut-outs to both sides of the pop-tart so it looks the same from either side....

when you are done you should be able to swing the stick around to make the slices of paper flutter around giving the illusion (or at least the reference to) the Nyan Cat...

and if all else fails there should be a good laugh, at least, in the effort X3

But he's not allowed to own a cat . And to choose an accessorie that could possibly be feline based , I need to know what he's like . I wouldn't but a cat bag for someone who wears a purse . It makes sense .
