Just be yourself. you shouldn't have to put on a show to get someone to like you. That would be like acting in a movie. You try to so hard to act your best in the movie, but you can't make your audience like you. Same thing with getting someone to like you. I know this might sound crazy now, but try saying hi and trying to open up the door for him to see you are friendly. Making yourself a friend to him is already a huge step. So from there, build up the friendship until one day, if he doesn't already confess to you, you can confess to him how you feel. Everything takes time, so remember that, ok?

BTW don't rush into a relationship. You are still young, so there's no rush. I'm not just saying to preach that to you, I'm gonna wait till I'm past 20 before I even think of dating. I wanna enjoy my youth before it's gone.
