I've heard it a lot there was a 'Ophiuchus' of whatever

I don't believe in astrology that much so I don't know about the 13th zodiac, nor I think there will.

Yes there is a 13th zodiac. If you follow the sidereal zodiac version of western astrology there is and if you follow the tropical (seasonal one) there isn't. It depends on which version you follow

I don't really remember why this is, but I believe it was because of our alignment with the constellations have "shifted" or something like that...But I still only follow the regular 12 sign zodiac. I haven't done any research or anything to find out about what the 13th zodiac is to know how it came to be.
