What time of the day are you most likely to get inspired and think of new ideas?

I'm at my best early in the morning, especially while brushing my teeth, for some awkward reason. The gears of my brain whizz and whir around relentlessly during that time- I feel like I could conquer the world!

... Well, atleast until my mother yells at me to hurry up and stop hogging the sink. xD

The time of day when I'm most inspired and creative is usually late at night. When it gets quiet outside and the world seems to settle down around me. For some reason that's when I focus more and come up with the best ideas.

Hmm, I understand. Nights are peaceful and the lack of distraction allows your brain to focus properly. That's cool~ =)

Oooh, that's rather fascinating. I've never heard of someone being active during afternoons... with me, I'm half-asleep, due to a tiring day from school! xD

It happens at times for me when I'm focused and not playig around. I can be very playful at times.

The best time is whenever I'm in the bathroom. Whether taking a shower or just sitting on the toilet, the most of inspiration seems to come then. It is the time where I mostly have the urge to make a conversation with myself, think things through, analyze them, come up with new ideas or even sing (The last one applies only to showering. I mean, singing while letting certain things out in the toilet feels weird like the dude below. It is just uncomfortable). So yeah, there you have it. I could also say the same about Nightime. It is the time where I need to go to sleep but instead thoughts about Life and its mysteries swirl in my mind so I can get more Philosophical than usual !!!!

Well, this rendered me speechless for a while. xD But, I'm proud to say that I can relate to you somewhat. Bathroom inspiration is very addicting!

For me it's mostly late at night. I'm a writer and I can write late at night until I fall asleep. It's fun.

Hey, even I write late at night. In fact, without writing, I just can't seem to fall asleep properly. Do you feel like that sometimes? -__-"

Not any time in particular, usually just when I'm thinking about other stuff, or I'm not trying to come up with ideas, or whatever.

Inspiration comes to you indirectly? That seems to happen to me as well... whenever I really need it, my mind goes blank; but, when I don't, all these ideas pop outta nowhere. T__T

Sometimes it does. In all honesty, my brain works in extremely odd ways. I sometimes have thoughts come to me indirectly, but then other times I can think of ideas easily, then other times I have trouble. It probably is proportionate to the number of hours of sleep I got the night before, I suppose.

True, indeed! And reverse psychology doesn't seem to work either- probably because the brain is too thorough with the concept to actually fall for it! xD
