What Soda Bottles still need openers?

Most glass soda bottles have been updated to have twist caps, but trying to twist a cap off that needs a bottle opener will tear your palm to shreds. In order to prevent that I want to create a comprehensive list of soda bottles that still need a bottle opener. So share the ones you know!

This is something you should be able to Google. Other than that, most of the soda caps I've seen will say twist if it's a twist and won't say anything if it needs an opener. If you would rather be safe than sorry, you can still open the twist caps with the opener. It's a pain in the ass, but it does work.
