I need some advice...

Ya see im adoupted and im not sure if i should open up about it to my friends and teachers sometimes i feel really sad about it cuz i wasn't given up i was taken away from my parents cuz they were doing bad things like hurting me and robbing banks. (BTW im crying now just thinking about it) im not sure on wat 2 do but thats why im asking u fanpop ppl
