Never justifiable.

Other than the fact that it's considered immoral by most societies' standards, human meat is actually very unhealthy, even more so than beef and other red meats. So eating humans isn't only bad by morals, but also bad for your health.

As a Hannibal fan, I think it's great.

I personally don't like eating any form of meat, especially meat of my own race. It's not only immoral, it's also most likely unhealthy.

And get something like mad cow disease no thanks.
