Rapunzel's innocence reminds me of Giselle and Flynn is world-wise like Robert. At first Flynn wants to get rid of Rapunzel by bringing her to the pub, but Rapunzel naively likes it. Just like Robert dampens Giselle's spirit by saying Edward would not come.

In the end, Rapunzel tries to save Flynn from Mother Gothel, as Giselle rescues Robert from Narissa. Both couple fall in love because they are often together.

Noooooooo way no way. Rapunzel and Flynn is different. When they met they hadn't love someone else while Giselle had already love Edward when she and Robert met each other.

As much as I love both these movies but Giselle & Robert are like Ariel & Eric whereas Rapunzel and Flynn(aka Eugene Fitz Herbert) are like Anya & Dimitri as Flynn is a commoner and his a thief(except Dimitri is a con man)and Rapunzel is like Anya with the feisty personality and the way she hits Flynn with the frying pan and in Anastasia Anya hit Dimitri with her hand.

I love Tangled I managed to see this on YouTube and it was a hell lot better than Princess and the Frog. Plus Flynn also reminds me of Phoebus from HBOND and if Rapunzel had strawberry blonde hair she reminds me of Giselle in cartoon form but that’s all.

No I dont think so. Rapunzel & Flynn relationship to degree kind of like Tiana & Naveen at first but different. They really didn't completly trust each other at first and also at first couldnt stand each other! Thier relationship grew as the things begain to unfold, and thats when they started to like each other and trust each other.

When I say they are [a little] alike, I mean it's because both couples learn something from their love; Flynn goes from wanted thief to a prince, Robert goes from a skeptic to a romantic, Giselle goes from a fairy-tale girl to "real girl," for want of a better phrase, and Rapunzel goes from a girl hidden from the world to a princess. They complete each other, in a way, and bring out the best in one another.

I don't want to pick the "No" because the picture is too ugly ;P
