Gold Bolt Locations
Planet Novalis
The path behind the ship leads to a bolt crank. Inside at the end are some cracked rocks that can be blown up with the Bomb Glove on the right wall to reveal Gold Bolt #1.
Along the water works path to the Plumber, wall jump up to the ledge. At the top will be Gold Bolt #2.
Once you comeback with the O2 Mask (Pokitaru) and the Hydro-Pack (Hoven), follow the riverbank or turbo swim up the river into the tunnel. There are two ways to get Gold Bolt #3. Simply boost jump up from the boxes. If the boxes were destroyed, go around to the ladder in the large room. Climb it and some steps for Gold Bolt #3.
Planet Kerwan
Gold Bolt #4 can be found on the other side of the ledge above after the escalator. This is in the area of the train, and there is a Sand Mouse near the Gold Bolt.
Gold Bolt #5 is located underneath the area where Ratchet's ship is. You must jump off the edge with the traffic and glide into the tunnel. Comet-Strike the cars for fast bolts.
On the Swingshot path Glide off of the edge of the second island to the next building to find Gold Bolt #6.
Planet Aridia
Gold Bolt #7 is located in the area of the sand sharks that Skid asks you to destroy. The far land ahead has a cracked rock wall to Bomb Glove for the Gold Bolt.
Gold Bolt #8 is located on the island in front of Ratchet's ship in the bed of a truck. To get there, look to the side of the final elevator on the way to Skid's Agent. Stretch jump to the corner. Then Stretch jump to the island, and go to the truck. If you short it, you are able to jump forward twice before dying.
Gold Bolt #9 is located underneath where you find the Trespasser. Jump underneath to get it and Swingshot back up.
Come back with the Magneboots (Orxon) and take the teleporter to Skid's Agent. Climb the brick wall next to him and go inside the middle building for Gold Bolt #10.
Planet Eudora
From the ship area in the opposite direction of the Trespasser door, there is a path with a few sawbots. Gold Bolt #11 is hidden up on that right wall inside a cubbyhole. Boost Jump up and Glide to get it.
Nebula G34
In the large room with the frogs before where you fight the Queen, is a cubbyhole on the top shelf with Gold Bolt #12 and a Sand Mouse.
Come back with the O2 Mask (Pokitaru) to allow Ratchet into space where Clank went. Travel the level backwards until you come back into space from out of the buildings, facing Gold Bolt #13. Double Jump and Glide and it's all yours.
Planet Rilgar
In the laser-maze room, use the sewer cap to jump on top of the columns. Just make your way to the corner cell and jump down for Gold Bolt #14.
Come back with the O2 Mask (Pokitaru), and I recommend having the Hydro-Pack (Hoven) too. Redo the path to Captain Qwark until you come across the ramp curve just after some jump pads. Swim down the right for a tunnel that will take you to Gold Bolt #15.
Planet Umbris
On the bridge before the turrets field, there is a building with a ledge to the right of it. Jump to the ledge to step on a button. Continue around the building to step on two more. The door facing the bridge will open, revealing Gold Bolt #16.
Gold Bolt #17 is located in a small room just off below the edge of one of the mutant fish infested pools.
Planet Batalia
From the ship, the first building on the left has Gold Bolt #18 on the roof. Just wall jump by the Trespasser pad to get it.
Across the bridge of the first tank, there are some ledges that lead behind the rock wall. Follow those ledges for Gold Bolt #19.
Planet Gaspar
Off the right edge near your ship is a platform. Jump to it and follow this path, destroying the bomber tethers as you go. In the end, you will be rewarded with a Skill Point and Gold Bolt #20.
Jump off of the edge where you got the Pilot's Helmet into the volcano-like hole. Battle your way to an elevator that will take you to ammo and Gold Bolt #21.
Planet Orxon
Come back as Ratchet with the O2 Mask (Pokitaru). Follow the same path as Clank through the green sewer. Take a left, and then a right. When you come to a second green path, wall jump between the gap in the left wall for Gold Bolt #22.
Come back with the O2 Mask (Pokitaru) and the Visibomb Gun (Pokitaru). Go to the field with the bombs and Visibomb the rings blocking the tunnel in front next to Gold Bolt #23 from a save area. Then go back to the Infobot path until you come to the teeth mark entrance at the top of some steps with explosive crates on them. Make your way through the tunnel for Gold Bolt #23.
Planet Pokitaru
Take the underwater cave, and Power Slam the lock at the top. Follow this path for Gold Bolt #24.
Planet Hoven
On the path to the Hydro-Pack and the Planetbuster, keep to the right at the start to find a section with a moving vertical platform. Kill the anklebiters and wall jump in sink with the platform to get Gold Bolt #25.
On the path for the Hydro-Pack, Gold Bolt #26 will be in the room on a ledge above one of the water tubes where you use the Hydrodisplacer. Just fill the room completely and dive under water into the tunnel.
Oltanis Orbit
Come back to the room with the platforms over the rising and falling green acid after beating Qwark. Only two of the platforms are above the acid at its peak. Look left off of the third platform and Glide into the tunnel for Gold Bolt #27.
Planet Oltanis
On the path to the Infobot, there is a ledge just past the grind rail that you can Swingshot up to for Gold Bolt #28 and a Sand Mouse.
Gold Bolt #29 is located on the path to the PDA to the right after the Magnestrip with the bomber ahead.
Gold Bolt #30 is located on the PDA path just before you meet "Steve". Before jumping up on the ice, you must continue moving along the edge to the right and climb up.
When the Qwark statue is blown up, press the red button to reveal a new Swingshot path. Follow it to Gold Bolt #31.
Planet Quartu
Come back with the Hologuise (Kalebo III), and use it to infiltrate the secure area. In the last room with Clank's mother, use the Swingshot to reach a top shelf cubbyhole for Gold Bolt #32.
Come back with the CodeBot (Veldin Orbit). It will automatically deploy at the door near the entrance to the Giant Clank machine. Gold Bolt #33 is inside as well as about 17,000 Bolts.

Planet Kalebo III
When riding the grind rail, use the Pyrocitor to shoot 3 targets. Two are on a separate grind rail along the right somewhere. Afterwords, the gate on a later rail to the right will have the force field lowered so that you can grind your way to Gold Bolt #34.
After receiving the Map-o-matic, run back towards the grind rail to find a ledge below with a teleporter. The teleporter will take you to Gold Bolt #35.
Veldin Orbit
When swimming through the water tanker, hook left after the final spinning electric wheel. The tunnel will take you to Gold Bolt #36.
Gold Bolt #37 can be found after the Magnestrip path, after you use the jet fighter to destroy the turrets. After using the elevator in space to go inside the room with the dogs and moving lasers, simply walk off to fall down, and look at the door on the side. Equip the Hologuise and walk towards the door. Then follow the path to Gold Bolt #37.
Planet Veldin
Gold Bolt #38 is located on the other side of the lava platforms. Just move forward past the circular platform with the frogs and look to the right. Use the Taunter to lure the frog onto a button, releasing the force field. Go into the tunnel, kill the frog, and acquire Gold Bolt #38.
Before Swingshoting to the second Trespasser lock, look to the right to reveal a series of platforms. Follow the platforms to find Gold Bolt #39 upon a ledge.
Gold Bolt #40 can be found ahead and right of the giant circular lava pit just before you Swingshot across to the second pool area. Just jump to the platforms on the right and grind your way to Gold Bolt #40.

Come back with the CodeBot (Veldin Orbit). It will automatically deploy at the door near the entrance to the Giant Clank machine. Gold Bolt #33 is inside as well as about 17,000 Bolts.
Planet Kalebo III
When riding the grind rail, use the Pyrocitor to shoot 3 targets. Two are on a separate grind rail along the right somewhere. Afterwords, the gate on a later rail to the right will have the force field lowered so that you can grind your way to Gold Bolt #34.
After receiving the Map-o-matic, run back towards the grind rail to find a ledge below with a teleporter. The teleporter will take you to Gold Bolt #35.
Veldin Orbit
When swimming through the water tanker, hook left after the final spinning electric wheel. The tunnel will take you to Gold Bolt #36.
Gold Bolt #37 can be found after the Magnestrip path, after you use the jet fighter to destroy the turrets. After using the elevator in space to go inside the room with the dogs and moving lasers, simply walk off to fall down, and look at the door on the side. Equip the Hologuise and walk towards the door. Then follow the path to Gold Bolt #37.
Planet Veldin
Gold Bolt #38 is located on the other side of the lava platforms. Just move forward past the circular platform with the frogs and look to the right. Use the Taunter to lure the frog onto a button, releasing the force field. Go into the tunnel, kill the frog, and acquire Gold Bolt #38.
Before Swingshoting to the second Trespasser lock, look to the right to reveal a series of platforms. Follow the platforms to find Gold Bolt #39 upon a ledge.
Gold Bolt #40 can be found ahead and right of the giant circular lava pit just before you Swingshot across to the second pool area. Just jump to the platforms on the right and grind your way to Gold Bolt #40.
