I love it when they get along properly and Victoria gives her a hug or a kiss on the head...so cute. And even though Victoria has been mean to her sometimes, and Charlotte refuses to forgive her and be a drama queen sometimes I think they do truly love each other. Where the show is at now, they are getting along like a normal mother/daughter.

Victoria like all his children, even she seems to be very close to Patrick, she loves Daniel and Charlotte too.
