CHAPTER 3
Sasuke opened his eyes to find himself wrapped in Sakura's arms. He smiled at yesterday....
...He had married, Sakura... And the night that followed. He had remembered the fear of the unknown in Sakura's eyes and how he kissed them shut. “Trust me “he’d said.” I won't hurt you."
He could still hear Sakura's moans and he could still remember the way she had entangled her fingers on his hair. “I love you, Sasuke," she'd told him.
His smile deepened at the memory. Sakura was still sleeping- her arms wrapped around his waist. He got up a little and sat straight.
' I think I'll make some tea,' he thought. ‘It would be a nice way to start the day.'
He got out of bed and kissed Sakura's cheek. She smiled at the touch in her sleep. Sasuke ran his hands through her hair affectionately.
She caught his hand, like a kid would. Sasuke laughed and freed his hand.
" Oma'e no koto suki des," he whispered. Then he walked out of the bedroom and closed the door behind him.
Sakura woke up to the sound of someone's humming. Looking around, she saw that Sasuke wasn't there.
For a few seconds, fear overcame her. Had she dreamt up everything? Had she really lost him? She grabbed her night robe.
Tying the belt she walked into the kitchen, to find Sasuke humming while he made tea.
She leaned against the door. “I didn't know you sing." she said, smiling.
"Sometimes," he smiled
" Still," she pouted. “You’ve never sung for me."
Sasuke smiled again and walked across and pulled Sakura against himself.
" And,” he said kissing the hollow between her shoulder bones. “I’ve never made love to another girl either."
Sakura blushed at the memory of the previous night.
" I'll sing for you once us reach-" he stated.
Sakura placed her index finger on his lips. He kissed it. Then bent at the waist and picked her up.
Sakura squealed and then smiled, wrapping her arms around his neck. She leaned a little forward and kissed Sasuke. He returned it and then climbed the stairs to the bedroom.
After reaching the bed, he dropped Sakura on it. She smiled seductively and pulled him closer by the collar of his shirt.
" My princess," he said “I’m making tea, and if I join you now- I may not want to leave.
Sakura grinned at him and kissed him on the top of his nose.
" Then my Lord," she said playing along, “you had better get our tea."
Sasuke looked at her then kissed her forehead.
" You have such a charming broad forehead." he said.
" Our tea?" she mocked demanded.
" Right away, Milady," he answered bowing slightly. Then he walked out the roommate closed the door behind him.
What he didn't see was the smile in Sakura's eyes. What she missed was the relaxed and happy smile that Sasuke smiled at the door.
