Ok guys let me just tell you that it’s a story more than it’s a fan fiction I mean it’s not on the island and the characters have different jobs to suit the story yet the same personality. And you’ll find characters not from Lost no big parts for them though. ‘What’s that dream’ Sawyer thought as he sat in his bed uncomfortably. He’s been dreaming that dream ever since the wedding date has been set, and it’s all working as he’s to marry Kate within two weeks, but why does he have that feeling that something is wrong, that it’s not right, and this dream only making things worst.
‘Good morning roommate’ Jack greeted Sawyer with a wide smile as Sawyer stepped out of the room.
‘Lucky me for having you as a roommate’ Sawyer mocked
‘Hey’ Jack said handing him a cup of coffee ‘Why the sarcasm? We are still in morning’
‘What difference does it make?’ Sawyer said with a faint smile on his lips ‘I mock you day and night. This is the price you have to pay for living in my apartment’
Jack laughed a bit ‘I told you it’s temporary until I find another apartment’
‘For god sake, Jack! All I’ve seen you doing is writing day and night, though the new season is done!’
‘What does a writer do Sawyer? Guess what he writes’
‘Well ok fine. You start writing and I’m going to the hotel to convince Juliet to let us shoot in her hotel’
‘Good you go and do that’
Jack sighed as he’s been left alone again. He seems so mad, so tired for the past a few days, Jack thought, does it have to do anything with marrying Kate?
‘Kate…’ Jack said dreamingly, thinking of her beautiful smile. The truth is that he’s madly in love with her. He’s fallen for her ever since he laid eyes on her. But he was never brave enough to confess the truth, as ever since he met her she’s been Sawyer’s girlfriend. He considers Sawyer as a friend, I can’t just betray him, he thinks. For another reason, he’s afraid that he’d be rejected, as it appeared that Kate loved Sawyer. It’s too late now the wedding takes place after two weeks, I’m not going to ruin it, he thought, though he knows that he won’t feel about any other woman the way he feels about Kate.
‘What dream?’ Mark asked wonderingly
‘It’s just… I’ve been dreaming this dream ever since I set the date for our wedding’ Sawyer replied thoughtfully
‘And what is it, maybe I can help you to figure out what does it mean.’
Sawyer hesitated for a moment then said slowly ‘Well, it’s the wedding day and everything is fine, but as soon as Kate says “I do” an earth quick happens and we both shout “This isn’t how it should be” What does that suppose to mean?’
‘An earth quick?!’ Mark smiled mockingly
Sawyer looked at him angrily and said ‘Forget it, this was a mistake. I’ll go and talk to Juliet’ He walked away and left Mark standing in the middle of the street alone
‘Juliet is not a man!’ Mark shouted.
Juliet was sitting in her office with her eyes fixed on the paper in front of her. Very lonely, she felt that moment. And the idea of the wedding invitation arriving first thing in the morning, made her feel quiet depressed and brought tears to her eyes. Did he ever notice? She thought, it was obvious, very clear, right in front of him, under his nose, but he’s never understood it. All she could count on is that she can see him and that was something worth living for.
‘Are you busy?’ Sawyer said as he opened the door to see Juliet sitting on her chair as usual.
Her heart jumped with happiness and her face lightened ‘No not at all’ She smiled happily.
‘Good’ he smiled back. It was her, the only one who he wanted to see that morning. For some reason seeing her comforted him very much, she was caring and always ready to help him. She’s a lovely friend …… or is she more than just a friend?
He agreed with her that his sister can shoot her new series in her hotel, in fact she agreed of that, only because in this way she can see Sawyer every day.
‘My wedding is after two weeks, I have no time’ Kate argued with her boss about giving her a break for a while because she had no time.
‘Well, what a lovely occasion!’ Her boss mocked ‘Am I invited’
Kate hesitated for a second then said uncertainly ‘Yes’
‘Goof because I won’t attend. Go to your work and don’t show up until your honeymoon is over’
‘Thank you’ Kate sighed and got out of the office.
I finally got what I want, she thought. But is it really what she wanted? What about Jack, he’s never been just a friend to her. She sat on the char and bent her head thoughtfully. The only reason I am going to marry Sawyer is because Jack doesn’t love me, she thought. But was she blind? Jack tried his best not to show his feelings towards her, for his friend’s sake but yet it showed because it was too hard to hide it. This is too complicated, she thought with tears forming in her eyes as the idea Jack doesn’t love me passed in her mind.
