It was recorded to be the last episode ever and most likely will be. However, the Scrubs people are now in talks for a season 9, though it's unlikely and many of the fans are against it. So, for now, it's the last episode ever.
Freya, I think you're thinking about the 6 O'clock repeats they show on E4 which have now been put off until the end of Big Brother. Eabhababy was asking about the season 8 finale which aired in America last month on ABC. :D
