Rin didn't really understand, but she knew I was sad and stayed with me to comfort me. I asked where everyone else was and she said that she had gone off to find food when she came across me. I smiled and thanked her, but I said that she should probably go back that they are probably wondering where she was, but she insisted I come along with her since I don't have anywhere to go.
So I followed Rin, but before we got back to them I kinda fell back a little. I felt like they were babysitting me and that I was intruding. So when Rin got there and turned around, she barely saw me cause I started walking really slow because I was sad. "What are you looking at Rin?" Sesshomaru asked confused as he walked over to investigate. "You brought her back, but how did you find her and why are you so interested in her." "Because she was sad and needed a friend." Then the worst part came when she restated my issue and I began to cry again. I felt as if Sesshomaru didn't want me coming along so I started to walk away, but he told me to wait and to follow them because Rin liked me so much and needs a friend. I decided to cme along, but didn't talk much, except for when I was playing with Rin or just chatting with Jaken. I don't think I have ever had a conversation with Sesshomaru so I decided to go and thank him for letting me stay. He just shrugged it off and I walked away.
A couple of weeks have passed and me and Rin became inseperable and me and Jaken were best of friends. I even started to get feelings for Sesshomaru, but thought that I shouldn't listen to them because I was an angel and he was a demon so it could never work.
One day I was bye the fire telling Rin a bedtime story when Jaken came up and waited for me to finish before asking to talk with me. We went over to a nearby ledge and asked me something peculiar, "Kurai, have you noticed a change in Lord Sesshomaru? I replied very confused with a "What kind of change?" "Well you know, over the last couple of weeks he has been smiling a lot more. He has been smiling when he looks at you Kurai."
