Fletcher was woken up in his apartment over Dublin by his mobile phone he had reserved a text, it was from Ghastly it read 'we need ur help meet at outside sanctuary, Ghastly' Fletcher sighed he hadn't been at the sanctuary since he and Valkyrie had broken up. But the old team needed him (for once) so he got up, changed into jeans, boots and a t-shirt and teleported.

When he arrived outside the sanctuary he saw Skulduggery, Valkyire, Ghastly and a 19 year old boy in black boots, jeans, t-shirt and leather long coat, he reconised the kid, it was an old friend who he thought was dead, Xi Omega,...

Five years ago

Morinund walked through the ruins of Roarhaven. His brothers and sisters were all dead and when he got the news he came running. He did his best to help the residents of Roarhaven. He then came across a young kid. About 15. He was siting against a wall switching violently with a dead body next to him. A knife in his hand

Blake Knight sat at the huge desk with the hologram of Roarhaven in the ops room with Skulduggery and China sat on the other side. Blake was too busy looking at the little people on the hologram to notice them though
China: Mr Knight
Blake: yeah? What? Sorry?
Skulduggery: have you been listening to a word we've said?
Blake: ummmm. No. Not really. Why? Is it important?

Fletcher Renn, Draco Lupus, Myra, Ignis Terra and Clarabelle teleported into the sanctuary's medical bay and in seconds Draco fell to the ground holding his stomach "oh s***, s*** I've been shot" Myra and Fletcher quickly came to his add to pick him up and put him on the nearest empty bed, Ignis then ran down the corridor "Dr Nya, NYA WHERE ARE YOU, YOU SKINNY SON OF A..." at that point a tall skinny creature in a lab coat walked up to him "I will not appreciate that sort of language to me Terra" it said, Fletcher then teleported to them both and teleported them to the bed where Draco was on...

So many of you may know that a Skulduggery Pleasant movie IS planned, and the rights to the film have been sold to Warner Bros. However, very little is known about what the actual film will be like.
So far, it has been confirmed that Derek Landy will be writing the screenplay, so it is safe to assume the film will be as true to the book as possible. DL has previous experience writing screenplays, including the non-family friendly Boy Eats Girl starring Samantha Mumba.
Originally the film was planned for release in 2010, and to be filmed in 2009. This has since been set back with casting and script...

Skulduggery Pleasant: Kingdom Of The Wicked is the seventh book in the series, the title of which was announced to the public in March of 2012. It is set to be released in September of 2012, and will begin the final trilogy of the Skulduggery Pleasant series, the Darquesse trilogy.Derek Landy announced on his blog that he has passed the 60,000 word word mark for the book.
