I'm writing from my own point of view. Just so you know.
Double Potions with the Slytherins is as close to torture as any Gryffindor can imagine. For one thing, Snape hates ever Gryffindor's guts. He favors the Slytherins. Then there's the matter of the Slytherins themselves. Some of the worst ones really take the traditional House rivalry to heart.
Me, I've had all sorts of ingredients thrown at me. The stuff I pick out of my hair at the end of the class could brew a whole potion. Not fun.
So, I'm sitting in Potions one day, around early December. Quidditch season was in full swing. In fact, it was a Friday and there was a match next day. Gryffindor vs. Slytherin.
Anyway, I was trying to focus on the potion we were making at the time. It was rather complicated, involving very specific ingredients.
Naturally, my creativity starts to kick in. It usually does whenever I get bored. In a burst of inspiration, I start randomly mixing the ingredients.
The result? A most spectacular explosion, followed by most of the class spending the weekend in the hospital wing.
I certainly learned a lesson that day: never add two highly reactive ingredients at the saame time. Oh well. At least I got a laugh out of it.

Hey guys! Sorry if I haven't keeping you guys updating. So much is going on right now.
I actually started another fanfic but it is based on one of my favorite 80's movies. I posted the first chapter here but all 7 is on my self-club. It's called New Girl In Town. I am also working on continuing Jaitlyn.
Secondly, I am working at Legends of the Fog. Today is the final day. It is awesome because all the staff, including actors, are volunteers. I learnt so much by doing this. I'll post a link to the website on here if you don't know about LotF. I am in the graveyard, which is in the Haunted Hayride.
Sorry again for not keeping you updated!
