Sonic the Hedgehog Question

Why hasn't SEGA given more attention to Blaze?

Blaze is a rather popular character across the Sonic fandom. Granted, she's not as popular as Sonic or Shadow, but she has a sizable, devoted fanbase. So, why has SEGA neglected her? They've bastardized the supporting cast at large, but Blaze has received even worse treatment, reflected in a lack of merchandise (i.e. plushies, action figures, etc.) So far, I've seen exactly two official action figures, but what is most irritating is a complete lack of an official plushie. Hell, I've even seen Silver plushies, but so far, not one Blaze plushie that wasn't made by fans, and Blaze has been around longer than Silver. Sonic Team could do so much more with Blaze. She even has an entire dimension to explore, of which I'm certain we've seen only a small portion of in Sonic Rush Adventure. This neglect would be understandable if she wasn't popular or was hated, like Big, but I've even seen die-hard Classic fans who liked her. Why is SEGA neglecting Blaze, and for that matter, the entire cast sans Sonic and Eggman? Sonic Boom seems to be a welcome change, but that game is a spin-off set in an entirely different universe. We haven't had a main game with characters other than Sonic playable since Sonic Rush Adventure. Is SEGA really so scared they might piss off the "ONLY SONIC AND EGGMAN!" fans?

We're not Sega. So the best advice is Email or Mail Sega with that question. Hardly I think no one can answer it,because Sega is responsible for the character, rather if they don't give her more attention.
