Spirited Away Question

Can Haku keep his promise to Chihiro (that they will meet again)?

This part made me cry and it's been bugging me for a long time :C. How do you think Haku will fulfill his promise? Because it is said that Chihiro forgot her experiences of the bathhouse (she might remember though, because Zeniba said memories are never forgotten, only hard to recall so this might be a hint). If she remembers can she just go back to the same place?
