If I remember well, Tales of Hetalia was only posted on YouTube this year whereas other Hetalia RPGs, such as HetaOni and RomaHeta, have been around for, I don't really know, a year? Two years? Tales of Hetalia has probably been around for a few months. (From what I know.)
For things too get popular and known, they need time along with a good concept, which I already think it has.
