Get up in the morning, look in the mirror, and find something to genuinely appreciate about yourself-even if it's just one thing. All day long people will try and shake your confidence and make you feel like you're not as good as them. When this happens (and trust me, it will happen), you keep reminding yourself of what you love about yourself. Even if your day yesterday wasn't that great, remember that everyday is a fresh start.
