Actor Patrick Rafferty
Looking for laughs on the small screen? I’m always searching…and this time I’ve ‘found the funny’ with actor PATRICK RAFFERTY. The good news is he’ll be hitting it out of the park with memorable moments for kids of all ages on two upcoming comedy shows.
Up first on September 28th, Patrick offers comedy for the kiddies on Nickelodeon’s new show “Sam and Cat.” The show brings together “iCarly” star Jennette McCurdy and “Victorious” star Ariana Grande as BFF’s and roomies. Patrick joins in the fun for the episode titled, “#MotorcycleMystery,” when he appears as a Security Guard caught in the chaos.
Then on October 3rd, Patrick will shift gears and offer up some chuckles for the grown-ups, when he pops up in Pawnee on NBC’s mega-hit “Parks and Recreation.” As the local Mailman, Patrick helps to sort out some unpleasantness for Ron Swanson (Nick Offerman)…or does he only make things worse for this public official?
So, what’s it like being TV’s pinch-hitting funnyman? “It was a thrill to be able to showcase my physical comedy talents on a show like ‘Sam and Cat’ and then to go for the laughs again on ‘Parks and Recreation’ was an amazing opportunity,” Patrick explains.
A Chicago native, Patrick grew up bringing the funny and honed his comedy chops performing improv at the world-famous The Second City. Once he hit Hollywood he quickly added numerous credits to his resume including roles on “Community,” “Suburgatory,” “The League,” “Up All Night,” “House, M.D.,” “Huge,” “Greek,” “Carpoolers” and “Supah Ninjas.”
We’ll be watching actor Patrick Rafferty hit it out of the comedy park!
