What is the meaning of 'Catching Fire'? As in, how does it represent the book or series?

Catching Fire is the book where Katniss learns about the rebellion that is happening and getting more intense. The phrase 'Catching Fire' means the rebellion is catching on to the other Districts so they join. It is also ironic because Katniss was the Mockingjay and 'Girl on Fire'.
