I know the book describes Katniss as olive skinned and black hair, but I don't. One, people need to realize that there is a 1 in a million chance of finding an olive skinned actress with black hair and gray eyes who is perfect for the part. Odds are she will have to wear contacts, get over it . . . Two, I don't know if you understand that olive skinned is code for: white girl who just has a tan. She doesn't need to be as dark as a Native American! So really if it's the choice between a girl with a tan and a pale girl, WHO CARES, pick the better actress. Also, black or dark brown hair make NO...

So i just finish reading Mockingjay and i have to say it was amazing. Not completely what i wanted but amazing in its own way.
I would like to say that i talked to my grandpa about World War 2 right before i finish the book so that might have had an affect on my opinion a little.

But anyways, I really liked this book because i'm really into war and stuff and this book pretty much reveled what war is like without sugar coating it a lot. And i know some people didn't like it because they would have wanted the book to be more focused on Katniss choosing Peeta or Gale, but this is not Twilight....

Rue spun the bottle and returned to her seat quickly.

Everyone looked between him and Rue.

Haymitch hiccupped.

"Ahh… Truth or dare?" Rue asked, not certain on what she'll ask him to do or say.

Haymitch hiccupped again, still very much drunk. "I like cactuses. They look funny."

"Okay," Rue said, confused. "Ahh, this wasn't my question though."

"Did you ever try to hug a cactus?"

Beetee nodded his head importantly. "It's not a nice feeling."

"No. No, it is not," Haymitch agreed solemnly.
