Good morning all,

I really wanted to do the right thing by the Office writers and the entire show so asked the question - Will boycotting DMI really support the WGA? Or will it harm the show if everyone resigned (Would it look like we dont like the show?)

I used every skill Dwight taught me and tracked down 'the office' digital writer.

Okay Dwight didn't really teach me anything useful so I had to ask Gene Stupnitsky (Writer and Producer) who told me who is the Digital Writer and how to contact him (lol)

His reply:

Hi Claudia,

First of all, this doesn't sound silly at all. I'm glad to hear that you're managing Independence and I hope you're enjoying DMI so far. In answer to your question, boycotting the game will not help the strike at all. The issues that the WGA is striking over deals with scripted content and DMI doesn't have any scripted content (for right now, at least) so there is no overlap with the WGA issues. Please tell your employees that they're free to leave if they're not enjoying the game, but a boycott doesn't actually accomplish anything besides depriving them of one of the few remaining connections with the show. We appreciate all of your support, but we'd prefer if you write letters to Jeff Zucker at NBC instead of boycotting the game. Thank you so much for your email.

Note: He wishes to remain anonymous - so we will call him DMI Corporate

OK people 'the mission' is now clear we need to write to Jeff Zucker to get our show up and running.

I think the least we can do is send a few thousand emails to to Mr Zucker!

*stomps over to re-print last letter and mail it again!*

Mail letters to:

Jeff Zucker
30 Rockefeller Plaza
New York, NY 10112

I am going back to DMI and starting on the new task. It is one of our last connections to the show.

Again do whatever YOU feel is right.

I would appreciate any help you could all give me in passing on this information to the rest of your co-workers so EVERYONE is properly informed to CHOOSE to return to DMI or not.

Sadly I am now going to my other job.... What job you ask? Well. Its a secret...you wouldn't understand.

Kind regards,

Claudia

The most of us have watched "Fun Run". Funny storie, about Meredith getting hit by Michael's car and Angela's cat Sprinkles who died, but I ,and I think many other people, watched it more to see what happened between Jim and Pam....

In the beginning of the episode you see that they are back and more attached then ever, but it's a shame that we couldn't see what happened between them. Like, the dates or just a gentle kiss.

Also, Jim dumped Karen and the day of the Fun Run her desk was empty. I was happy to see that becouse Karen was just sort of a pitstop in Jim and Pam's relationship and we all know that Jim and Pam are destined to be together.

I hope we will see more Jam next episodes (cute and subtle, but not sticky) and I hope that at the end, they still be together.
