Here are my Predictions for Season 4:

Greg Daniels has listed some things to expect this season:

Kidnapping: So, this is what i think is gonna happen, there is said to be some sort of kidnapping i don't think that this is going to be with a person. I think that Dwight is maybe going to kidnap one of angela's cats as a way of getting back with her or something, or i think that Kelly is going to get very mad about Ryan and maybe kidnap something of his.

Jealousy: I predict that Ryan is going to start to date some girl at corporate and Kelly will find out and get extremely mad at him. Also i think that Toby could announce that he likes Pam and it could start something.
    
Lawsuits: I think that Michael is going to get sued by Meredith even though she kinda wasn't mad at him anymore.
    
Homelessness: Well i don't think that Michael will be able to support himself and Jan. And they will have to sell their home. But i don't think that this is going to last long and they might even break up
    
Misery: I don't have much to say about this but i think Jan and Kelly will have a lot of misery this season.
    
Financial ruin: Well as is said before i think Michael is gonna have some huge financial problems. It has already been confirmed that Jan will try to renovate the condo. But i think Dwight will also have some money problems.
