Defeated. Again.
I melted into my shadow form; a black puddle-like substance, as my defeator, Shadow, stepped over me, holding out The Sceptre of Darkness. I refused to be trapped in that again!
He stood with it out in front of him, and held it up. The cursed object floated in the air above his head, his arms outsteached.
In this melted form, I was pulled towards it, until I was contained. Only for a few seconds, however, as I destroyed it, fear the only thing I felt. I was never going to be held prisoner it that thing again.
The bat girl gasped in horror as the Sceptre shattered, "It's destroyed!"
I regained my crystal form, and explained my actions to the horrified trio.
"The 'I' of now absorbed your power through your shadow of the past." I said. "What may have worked ten years ago no longer does!"
That accomplished, I set about my next task, creating an energy blast that shattered the temple floors.
The trio, Shadow, the bat girl and the android, braced themselves for the next phase of battle.
They recoiled in my blast, then were swept away, across the room, as I floated down from my position in the air, landing softly on the ground.
They fell before me, Shadow, much to my pleasure, on his face.
I summoned my two Chaos Emeralds, the green and yellow, and tapped into their power, creating an army of clones, circling the three.
"You must realise now that you cannot hope to stop me with your 'limited' power."
Shadow got up on one knee, and survayed my opposing army. He got to his feet, followed by the bat girl and the robot.
"So you say." Shadow said.
"It's futile. the world will betray you." I sneered. "Why fight at all? Why risk your life for those who will persecute you later?" I clenched a fist, waiting for his reply.
"If the world chooses to become my enemy..." He said, snapping off one of his bracelets. "Then I will fight like I always have."
he snapped off the other bracelet, and they fell to the floor as he tensed himself for battle.
There was a burst of fire, not harming me or any member of my army, and Shadow charged through, fire surrounding him, his friends following in his wake.

this was my real nitemare friday nite me and shadow were outside just looking into each others eyes.that was a good moment between us."Shade,theres something i need to ask ,will you- mehplies out of nowhere just was in between us."Do we really have to do this again" i said."Slience!" mehplies said."youre coming with me!"
