After Katherine got the cure & she became human why she slowly were dying? Because she was 500 years old and it was inevitable or because Silas bite her "taking" her blood & the cure from her?

It was most definitely beacuse of Silas's bite. When Silas bit her he practically drank most of her blood and she was 500 years old and that is why it had the most effect on her.

Exactly! I think they only explain this later on season 6 though

Oh, really? I always supposed the old vampires wouldn't be able to take the cure without dying... But now that we know Elena won't be in season 7, I hope she will be the one taking it, anyway.
