Lee: *Leaning his head on a table* It's been a very difficult time. Norfolk Southern has been hitting us hard. Janet, and Bernard are dead. *Stands up* I got to get this one train to Oak Island, or Norfolk & Western will be gone.

Jeff & Bryce were in the yards, waiting for Lee.

Bryce: It's like every time we make progress, Norfolk Southern takes it away from us.
Jeff: Yeah. If we can pull this off, we can get back into the swing of things, and get the advantage we had a few years ago.
Lee: *Walks out to his diesels* Alright you two, ready to go?
Jeff: Yes sir.
Bryce: Give us the signal.
Lee: Go whenever you feel like it. *Gets into his Firebird* I'll follow you as usual.
Jeff: *Blows his horn twice, and pulls the train with Bryce*
Lee: *Starts his car, and drives off* 5 boxcars, 10 hoppers, and a center beam. May not be a lot, but it'll really help.
Jeff: We should reach Oak Island in 7 hours.
Bryce: Yeah, but the fastest route is along Norfolk Southern's right of way. East of Harrisburg, it'll be a tough journey.

Strasburg Railroad. Lauren was there without her streamlining. She was with her friend Cassi, engine 90.

Cassi: You heard about the new Norfolk & Western?
Lauren: What's going on?
Cassi: They're delivering one train from Buffalo to Newark. If they fail, they'll become part of Norfolk Southern.
Lauren: They'll have to go through Harrisburg. We have to make sure they go through safely.
Cassi: What can we do?
Lauren: We?
Cassi: I'm the only one who knows your secret. Besides, you may need my help.
Lauren: I won't say no to my best friend.

Also heading to Harrisburg was a jet with James Squires, and Buick Baltimore on board.

Buick: Why did you talk me into this?
James: You need to take part in this charity event. It was part of our agreement after you went behind my back, and tried to destroy our potential ally.
Buick: The Norfolk & Western?! They're a ripoff of our predecessor!
James: They are respectful, unlike you. After we give the money to Amtrak, we will join several of their members to watch their train as it travels to Oak Island.
Buick: In Newark?
James: Yes. *Looks out the window* We're landing. Get ready.

As they stepped out of the plane, Buick was texting a friend.

James: Want me to grab the door?
Buick: No, I'll go in behind you.

They walked into a Ford Explorer with an Amtrak logo. The car took them to the Harrisburg Train Station where the charity event would occur.
