I have noticed that a lot of people do Ziva's POV,so I am going to write a Tony's POV.
He dragged himself up the wooden stairs to his apartment door. "Another waisted day, DiNozzo." he said as he figeted with his key. He through his gear onto the small couch, where he noticed he still had not read the biography of the author to Deep Six.

He skipped the part about boring McGee's life, and then saw how the characters came to life.
Agent Tommy and Agent Lisa were created by two people I admire very much. They will remain anonymous, because both of these people do not relize their connections with one another.
He paused. That's where I went wrong. He thought.
He read on.
These two characters become what I hope the real people will do together,eventually. They first start seeing eachother on a regular basis, afterwork, watching old movies. They then tell of their REAL feelings, and so on, and so forth.
Tony raced to his phone. As he dialed Ziva's number he was thinking of what to say. Invite her over. No, meet her some where. Say anything, DiNozzo.
"Hello, Tony."
"Hey,Ziva,well you need to read this."
"What is so funny?" Ziva said sounding annoyed.
"McGee wrote something about Tommy and Lisa in the athur's notes."
"I will read it right now then."
"No,I want to be there when you read it."
"Fine I will be there soon."
Tony raced to the kitchen. He opened two beers and set them on the table. He lite Ziva's favorite scented candle and put that near the beverages. When he heard the treading up the stairs he walked to the door. Ziva stared at Tony, she was definitly checking him out. She wore a low-cut shirt, which she had not worn to work and tight jeans.
He motioned for her to enter.Ziva sat down on the warn-out blue couch. Tony went in the kitchen and grabbed the book.
"Here you go, it's just a small section,about Tommy and Lisa."
Ziva read the two paragraphs their co-worker had written about characters based on them. She smiled and looked at Tony with his electric green eyes.
"Do you agree?" Ziva said with a smirk.
"With what?" Tony asked.
"That we do not relize our connections." she said softly and with a hand on his.
"See, that's where I went wrong Ninja." scooting closer to her.
"Not relizing connections,not relizing I love you, not relizing the re-schedueled my fave T.V. show, and most importantly not reliz...," Ziva stopped him in mid-sentence. She kissed him softly, but as always, it grew very passionate.
"What was that?" Tony asked with a grin.
"A way to tell you I am also in love with you."

As you can imagine,Ziva did not return home last night. She stayed with me and it was very enjoyable.
