"What happened?" I questioned myself as I got up. I was in my bed; how did I get there? I looked around my small bedroom. The house was scilent, the usual voices of my mother making breakfast was not there. There was no smell of pancakes or coffee as the usual breakfast was.
I looked across my bed to the stand with my alarm clock. 5 o'clock in the morning."Odd they should be up by now" I wondered.
There was a bang downstairs, like the car grauge door." What are they doing?"I asked myself. I stretched as I headed downstairs to the kitchen. As I krept down further there was more noises coming from the grauge area. Voices. I looked around the kitchen for any sign that I missed breakfast. Dirty dishes, crumbs on the the table, leftover brewed coffee in the coffee machine, or just an opened milk container. Nothing.
I walked carefully to the door to the grauge. The noises became louder and I could make out what the people on the other side were saying. "Mrs. Simpson again we are so sorry that we have to inform you this." talked a gloomy voice."We are going to investagate as hard as we can to find out who did this."
"You mean that the police didn't find the car?" franticked another voice."There must be some-"
"There were none unfortunatly," A different voiced interrupted." Ma'm please, may we ask you some questions."
I slowly opened the door, making sure I was not seen to my intrueders. I glanced around to see my mother, tall and frail as she was. She was crying, her messy blonde hair muffled her sobs, but not enough for me to hear them. Next to her was my dad. As proud he is, he also had tears in his eyes. His forhead was crushed, His short brown hair was messy, his long lanky hands scratching his head. His eyes were staring at the ground, trying to concentrate.
My sister was on the ground crying. We never really had a good relationship. We both fought alot over alot of stuff. As tough as she is, it takes alot for her to be upset. These guys looked like the CIA. Two big guys, cropped haircuts, and fancy suits. I bet they're detectives, or cops.
"Whats that at the door?" asked one of the cops." go check it out Felix."
"Sorry, I am interrupting something?" I questioned. But he seemed to not notice me.
"Just the wind", replied the detective who's name is Felix." Wind blew the door open." He then slammed the door in my face. Couldn't he see me? He was standing right in front of me.
I opened the door again."Mom is there something going on?" I asked as I stepped through the door way. I walked to their side, listening for their reply.
"What about that boy? Is he alright?" asked my mother, totally ignoring me.
"Mom what is going on? Why are you all crying?!"
"Yes, we are going to ask him questions once he wakes up from surgury." replied the other cop." Again we are sorry for the loss of your daughter Celia. Now, what time was it when she left with him from the house?"
"She lefty with Peter around four o'clock....."
I didn't need to hear the rest, it was all coming back to me.

I was walking with my boyfriend, Peter. We were walking along this street finding our way to a restearant Peter wanted to check out. "Oh Peter." I remember I said,"We leave your car for one second and we can't even find a street sign to know where we are!"
"Aw. now now", he teased," I wasn't born into perfection. Look at the bright side of this!"
"What bright side?" I glared at him.
"We're all alone just us..." He hinted his behavior that was about to come. Even in the dim street light I could see his jokeful smile. His sea green eyes were staring at me, his gaze making me breathless.
"You would wish that we would be stranded for a long time." I snickered at him. I couldn't help but giggle as I slowly came toward him. His strong arms holding me as support.
It was like one of those perfect moments you would want to have forever. But it only lasted until then. I then remember tire wheels scratching, loud bangs. Sreaming. "Celia!" was the last thing I remember, then it was just blissful blackness.....

I gasped, I then stared at my mom."Mom what happened to me?" I then tried to grab her, but my hands fell through her like water. "Mom?!"
"- we could can come back later if you would like." stated Felix. "Me and officer John can be reached at this number."He handed my dad a small buisness card."Call when you remember anything or being harassed by anyone you think may be related to the case- I-I mean your daughter."
"We - thank you. Officers Felix and John, we will contact you later." stammered my father as he helped my sister, Chelsy, off the ground. All of my family's eyes were red from tears.
As the cops backed out of the grauge, my family went into the kitchen. "Mom! Dad! Chelsy!" I panicked. I started to throw a tantrum. I cried and screamed but none of them heard me. The rest of the day I screamed and yelled at their faces, trying to break their trances.
At the end of the day I was tired from crying and yelling. When I was walking uptairs to my room, I started thinking about what they had said. By the sounds of it, it sounds like I was gone. That they were mourning of grief from me. "Did I imagine what I saw?" I asked myself "Did I just dream about it?"
I walked into my bedroom. There, sitting on the edge of my bed was my mother. She was crying, while holding one of my favorite toys, a panda bear. As she cried I came over next to her. Although from my day that I learned they can't hear me or see me, I gently, hoverly wrapped my arms around her. Then I just reliezed something. I was invisible, a shadow no one can see. I had just lost my life. I lost my mom, my dad, my sister Chesly, and Peter........
