Bella's New Mate Chapter 12 Edward's POV

Hi! I stayed up until 12 for this so, I am tired! There will be a Jacob POV too so, watch out for that. On with the story!

Chapter 12
Edward's POV

I lost her. I couldn't believe it. How could I have been so stupid. My family didn't blame me. They kept saying that it wasn't my fault. If only I had said no to Bella when she asked me not to come that night. I felt so lost. She could be anywhere by now. Who knew what James was doing to her? I remembered the note Bella wrote before she left:

Dad,

I've decided not to marry Edward. I'm 18. I'm too young to get married. I'm going away for awhile. Please do not send anyone after me. I'll be back someday probably. I love you. Tell Renee I'm sorry. See that Edward gets this note.

Bella

I was heartbroken. I truly believed that she didn't want to marry me. Until I read James' note:

Hello Edward,

I am alive and I have taken Bella. We are going to play a little game. If you find her, you get to keep her. If not, she's mine.
You have 1 month. Good luck!

James
The venom pooled in my mouth when I read it. I showed it to my family. We agreed to let the wolves help us look for her. I told Seth and he told the others and Jacob. Jacob came running down from Canada. Meanwhile, Alice was looking into Bella's future to find out where she was. I would not let that monster hurt Bella. Suddenly, Alice saw something. It was Bella, laying on a bed with James on top of her. She was gasping and moaning and James was kissing her. Bella was almost completly nude and James had his jeans on and that was it. I was snarling. I ran out the door before Alice could catch up!
