Hey Twilight fans here are some New Moon spoilers:If you're worried that the flick won't compare to your beloved New Moon book, fear no more! RPattz dishes that the movie "is as close as possible to the book as you can get!"
If you ever found yourself on any set of the Twilight flicks and heard directors yell "Number 2" that means Rob's arriving on set! "Number 2" is Rob's secret code name during filming! Did you know that Rob Pattinson actually feels bad for Jacob since Edward always gets Bella? Rob tells ET: "It's so depressing for Jacob because you find the love of your life and you know you're always going to be second best."
Taylor Lautner tells Access Hollywood that "there's a lot more going in New Moon, that's for sure. There is like, heartbreak, and oh it's horrible! New Moon will rip your heart to shreds."So, what can the fans expect from NM? Taylor Lautner reveals: "The fans need to know that New Moon is gonna be stepped up a whole nother notch and I can guarantee you that. The storyline is fantastic, there's going to be more action, there's werewolves now, there's going to be some cool, cool CGI and it's really going great so far and they're going to be very, very pleased."
Since Taylor became a mega-celebrity when he scored the role of Jacob, did he feel a lot of pressure to do his best in New Moon? Nah! He tells Access Hollywood: "I mean, you try and push the pressure behind you as much as possible and just have fun and it's definitely been a lot of fun. Making New Moon was amazing."As you know, Dakota Fanning plays Volturi vampire Jane in NM, so what can we expect from Dakota's new look? Michael Sheen (Aro), Twittered: "I think Dakota may look the most unsettling though. So angelic yet so weird. As Jane that is of course. Like an evil red riding hood."
Jackson Rathbone (Jasper Hale) spills that the cast was super-tight during filming, but who was the closest? "All the Cullens," he says. "We were truly like a family on and off set. We would go out to dinner, hang out at the hotel, work out together in the hotel gym, and we even had family sing-a-longs." So will the New Moon flick be similar to the book? Christian Serratos (Angela Weber) dished to E Online that New Moon is "still really close to the book, but it's hard to explain. When I read the script [for Twilight], I was just like, 'Oh my God. I knew what was going to happen because I'd read the book, but when I read this script. Wow. I was on pins and needles wondering what was coming next. It's just that good."
What's the biggest difference between Twilight and New Moon? Peter Facinelli (Carlisle Cullen) spilled: "When we shot Twilight, it felt like it was an indie. We were racing the clock. Catherine [Hardwicke] was fantastic, but with New Moon, it felt like we had more time to play. The atmospheres were different. They were both great...in their own ways. I just think New Moon is going to be incredible."When the New Moon cameras stopped rolling, what did the cast do during downtime on set? Jackson Rathbone (Jasper Cullen) spills, "There were usually two or three guitars on set at all times. We all get down with a little music, though some of our styles and tastes are a bit different." If you thought the werewolf looked a little unclear in the New Moon trailer, no worries! It was just a teaser trailer and the movie hasn't gone through post-production yet when everything will be tweaked. So the wolves will definitely look a little bit more realistic come November!
So what was filming like in Italy? Well, there were a lot of Rob-sessed fans to make filming difficult! Co-star Ashley Greene (Alice Cullen) told MTV: "Italy was intense. We literally all had two bodyguards and drivers, and we couldn't walk and had to be driven around the set. It was because there were thousands of girls that came in from everywhere in the world to see Rob! They would sleep over and stay the night outside our hotel gate. It was nuts." Taylor Lautner tells MTV that he did a lot of improv with Jacob for New Moon! He spills: "We did a lot of improv on set. We'd just be in a random forest, after Jacob transforms, he all of a sudden becomes very agile, and I wanted to show that, because pre-transformation, he's clumsy and as soon as he transforms, he's agile. So we'd be in a random forest, and I'd be looking around going, 'What can I do to show Jacob's agility in here?' And sometimes Chris would be like, 'No Taylor, we don't want you getting hurt, spraining an ankle.' I was like, "Well how about I just jump off that and jump through this?' and he's like, 'Alright, give it a shot!" So that's kinda what I was doing."
