To Whom It May Concern CD came in the mail. I love this CD to death. I can't say I love it more than Now What. But I REALLY love it. I waited for it longer than I did Now What, and that did piss me off a little. But I figured out it was worth it. I listened to the CD pretty much all night, I love every song on it;

So now, I officially have both of her CDs. And I'll of course buy TBA. I can't wait for it!
