1. Texas Pete-Tex, as he is known to others, is one of the meanest cowboys on the planet and is always looking for ways to kill SuperTed, because he is always foiling his evil plans. He loves to steal things and make people unhappy. If Tex promises to do something, then don't believe him, as he is always going back on his word. He treats both of his henchmen, Bulk and Skeleton, very badly. He will call them names and put their lives on the line rather than his. If he starts to call you his friend, then you know you are in trouble and the best thing to do is run away!! Once, he tried to find...

No 10. He's cold, hard, and manipulative. He manipulates around 12 different people in order to achieve one goal, wich, might I add, is to cause enough greif to Elise that she would cry, realease Iblis, wich wouls allow Mephiles to become Solaris, and destroy the world. For revenge? No. For power? No. He just wanted to because he craves destruction. Pretty evil if you ask me!

No 9. Even the other villains want him! Dr. Ivo 'Eggman' Robotnik was trying to get Shadow the Hedgehog to capture Mephiles for him! Probably so that he could harness his awesome power for his own uses...

No 8. He is the...

Prince Schneizel is a character from Code Geass. He's 1 of the main villains. He's 1 of the most popular Code Geass villains which he deserves.

Here's some info about Schneizel:

Main Enemy: Lelouch

Allies: Kanon, Cornelia, Euphemia

Schneizel is a charming prince. He and Lelouch have the same dad, but different moms. Schneizel acts friendly to the other characters, but he's a dangerous guy. Although the characters act like King Charles is the main villain Schneizel can be considered the real villain of the show. He got along well with his family not counting Lelouch.

He's a really good villain....

I tend to like fictional villains. Although I almost always root for the heroes the villains often steal the show by being very cool, entertaining and goofy. This list is about the coolest and most entertaining female villains from shows and films.

5. Baby Doll (Batman: The Animated Series)

Most of Batman's female antagonists lack the corny charm of villains like the Joker and the Penguin. However Baby Doll doesn't have that problem. She is sympathetic, unique, and entertaining. She may not be very threatening, but she is 1 of Batman's best guest villains. She was so good in her 2 episodes...

There are some villains that got enough time to shine that they've become some of my favorite animated characters. However there are some villains that despite being fun characters that didn't get enough to shine. The following list is about villains that I like, but need more screen time.

5. the Duke of Weselton (Frozen)

The Duke of Weselton was a very amusing villain, but his role was too small. Since Prince Hans is the main villain the Duke didn't get enough to do. He didn't even get to fight the heroes. The Duke should be the main villain in a Frozen film. Despite his lack of screen time...

Texas Pete (or Tex, as he is known to others) is one of the meanest cowboys on the planet with his trusty six shooters and lasso. He is the main antagonist of SuperTed.

My favorite thing in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise is the villains. The turtles have both threatening and silly villains to constantly deal with. This list is about the antagonists that I like the most.

5. Baxter Stockman

Baxter Stockman is a scientist who often helps out Shredder. He was a sympathetic character in the original show, because he was a decent person who got tricked into doing bad things for Shredder. In other versions he's a mad scientist who's willing to be a antagonist to get what he wants. Either way Mr. Stockman is a interesting and entertaining character.

Erik sees himself as a hero
Erik sees himself as a hero
They cringe. They stare. They judge. “Are you sure?” they ask.
Yes, I’m sure. I love that character the best. I am a villain lover.
And because I am sure I’m not the only one who has been called to the defense of these fantastic (if not exactly ‘good’) characters, here are a few reasons villains are the best.

1.    It’s about the POV

Often, the villain is the hero of the story in his or her own point of view. We only see them in an antagonistic light because we are viewing the story from the hero’s point of view. Take Magneto for example, he is protecting mutant...

Cartoon Villains is a franchise, based on animated fictional characters who have been featured as part of the cartoon character line-up. Some of these villain characters have appeared in sequels, video games, comic books, stage productions, or live-action adaptations of the original films. And one villain character has appeared in the old television show. There are 9 Cartoon Villains Together. Villains like to be evil. They are scary indeed. Welcome to see the pictures of Captain Hook, Cruella De Vil, Jafar and others.

King Charles is 1 of the main Code Geass villains. King Charles is 1 of Code Geass' most hated characters. Is is hatred worth it? Is he a good character?

Before I answer that here's some info about King Charles:

Wife: Marianne

Daughters: Cornelia, Euphemia, Nunnally

Sons: Lelouch, Schneizel, Clovis, Odysseus

King Charles is a harsh and eccentric person. He's the Emperor of Britannia who forced Japan to be named Area 11. His plan was to destroy the Gods which he thought would make Earth a better place. King Charles isn't that nice to his kids. He's pretty much only polite to the people that...

Bowser and Eggman

Whenever I come across Top Ten Villains, I always find Bowser somewhere along the line, and sometimes Eggman too. But for some reason, I can’t remember the last time Eggman was better than bowser on the lists, or even two numbers apart from him. This confuses me. I am a very dedicated Sonic fan, and not a Mario fan, but that doesn’t mean I’m just saying this because I like Eggman better. I’ve looked through Bowser, but I can’t help but just go “How is this better?”

In my opinion, Bowser has only two things on Eggman.
1.    He’s been here longer....

Carface gets chased by the crocodile. Diesel gets sent to the scrapyard by The Fat Controller. Texas Pete, Bulk and Skeleton are on the rock. Ratigan falls from big ben to his death. Mr. Rooney gets attacked by the family's dog. The Evil Giants deserve stinky snozzcumbers. Jenner gets killed by a dagger. Ursula gets killed by the ship. The Bear falls to his death in The Fox and the Hound. Fratellis get arrested. Sykes gets killed by the train. The Horned King gets sucked in the cauldron. Classic 80's Defeats are so popular and vintage.

Maleficent-What a classic!
Maleficent-What a classic!
Having already run countdowns of the best of Disney's animated classics, live action films, and songs, what would be next? The results of a quick poll last summer of some potential future countdowns pointed to one clear winner: Disney villains.

The saying goes that the hero of your story is only as great as your villain. By that, a weak nemesis equals a weak protagonist, and you wind up with a weak film. With the general consensus around UltimateDisney.com being that Disney films are anything but weak, some credit must go towards the villainous characters who inspire fear and create havoc with...

So, you want to be villain. No let me tell ya' it's hard work. You can't just have a good cackle going on and a weird scar. (Though, those things do help...) Here we go, I'm about to list the 4 top things you need to be a villain.

4: The looks.

You have to find out what villain you want to be. Either you're the really weird looking villain or the beautiful (but dead looking...) villian. This play an important role in what villain you're going to be.

3: The monolouge.

You don't think they come up with those out of the blue, do you? I suggest practising these far ahead of time. Includ teary backstory...
