I have watched the TV series Law & Order CI for many years and wanted to cite a personal opinion that Mr D"Onofrio provided a brilliant portrait of It. Robert Gorem. He brought a realistic person to the screen with not only the piercing intellect of a police officer but also revealed the other side of the character with shortcomings and personal problems in such a convincing way. Wonderful job extremely well done. I miss this character, but will always tune in with the reruns whenever I can, even late nights. Thanks Mr. D for the entertainment.
