Recently I have noticed a few people posting links and forum comments asking people to rate things that have only been there for a few days or even a few hours AND/OR only asking for ratings because they want medals. I even received a personal message about rating stuff the other day.

Do we perhaps need to reitterate the point of the VRSOF?
