CHAPTER 1
Rain woke up and snuggled close to his mother(Cloudy)'s white fluffy fur.His own silver fur shone against it in the dark moonlight.He drowsily lifted his head when he couldn't smell his father Ash."What's wrong Rain?"he heard his mother murmur."where's daddy?"he whispered."what?"she asked and looked up to look around at the small den they had lived in since Rain had been born."He's probably hunting for food",she said as if she were assuring herself more than her kit."he'll probably be back soon"."but its raining"he said."hmmm.."Cloudy got up as Rain did and they shook moss and leaves...

A moon has passed many things have gotten better but morningdew has been having nightmares a a bloody war yet to come by what starclan has said. A prophecy given by echosong has been going through morningdews mind. "There will be four with greater power than any, they will save the clan from a hidden fate, but at a price will only victory come." The words went trough her mind day and night. "What is the price that starclan speaks of" wondered morningdew.

"May all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath the moonstone for a clan meeting." Moonstars words were heard through the camp...
