yes I've wondered about this 4 a long time aswell, and now I'm positive its true. Long shadows didn't give as many hints as other books but I'll list them any way. There are only like 2 more. Oh and all the 3 are her kits. I think it would have been cool if it was only Jaypaw, Jayfeather.
1. Jaykit remembers a dream of him walking through snow and Leafpool says it was true. Leafpool could have snuck away to have her kits during leafbare and had to walk them back to camp in the snow and sneak him into the nursery with Squirrleflight.

2. When Jaypaw tells Leafpool he can walk in other cats dreams...

Rusty had made his decision. It had been made the moment he had had his first dream, back when he still had Nutmeg and Princess and Jake. He remembered curling up with them, and realised he wanted that now. The only thing he wanted more—was to be free. He wanted his freedom.
But would he appreciate it if the Clan cats were all like Graypaw? Yes, he supposed he would. And that was a scary thought, to want something so much.
He had forgotten he was leaning on Smudge. His friend’s sturdy build was supporting his painful one. He was aching, inside and out. Graypaw had done some serious damage....

The breeze was pulling at Rainwhisker's fur as he crouched into a hunter's stance. The brown mouse was nibbling on a seed. His tail twitched as the mouse sniffed the air. The mouse perked up just as Rainwhisker pounced. It let out a squeal as he delivered the death bite. Rainwhisker bowed his head and muttered, "Thank you Star Clan." A new scent enters the air and Rainwhisker tilts his head. "Grayflower, what are you doing?" he meowed, looking to a clump of ferns behind him. The beautiful light-gray she-cat crept out. "Watching you hunt." she admitted. Her blue eyes flashed and Rainwhisker...

The random she-cat walked along the path, her pure white silky cure was easy to see, her green eyes were narrowed as she walked along the path. In her jaw, she held three tiny kittens, all with their eyes closed. They had been born only minutes earlier, their mother was carrying to their safety. One kit mewled.
"hush sweet one" the white cat purred through a mouth full of kitten fur "were almost there."
She kept walking until she reached her destination. She put the little kits gently down on the grassy ground and sighed.
"I do wish their father had stayed, buti can raise this family my own" she...
