The Mad Hatter is one of the most popular characters from Alice in Wonderland. He was so popular that a Batman villain has been based off of him. Batman's Mad Hatter was one of many great creations that came from Bill Finger. Batman's Mad Hatter was created in the 1940's, but he remains an underused villain in the Batman franchise.
