Stumbled upon some really great rpers for the Toon Patrol on Twitter. From what I gathered, the basic premise behind the account is that the events in Roger Rabbit really happened, and when they made the movie, they re-created(sort of) the events that happened in 1947 using the actual Toons that were there as actors, playing themselves, which meant they had to re-draw the Toon Patrol. For the past 27 years since they finished filming the movie, they've been working as secretaries for the Toontown Police Department until they could gain enough trust to re-form the official...
